Returns & Exchanges

We offer exchanges on orders within 7 days of the original purchase.

We do not offer refunds on items. if you are unhappy with your purchase you can ship the item back for store credit.

We do our absolute best to describe each item on our website as you would see it in person. Remember when buying vintage, items will show some signs of age. Please review the product description and photos to learn about an item’s condition. If needed, please message us for more information before purchasing.

All items are washed or laundered according to their needs to reduce or complete take away the smell of vintage.

When purchasing from our store you are agreeing to our shop policies and that you have read the full condition and viewed all the photos available.

Shipping Methods

All items are carefully packaged and shipped via the carrier United States Postal Service (USPS) or UPS. Items are generally packed and prepared within 5 business days of receiving payment, but due to delivery times with the postal service please allow anywhere from 10-12 business days for your order to arrive. If you have a specific time that an item needs to get to you by let me know and we can make it happen.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. All claims are the responsibility of the customer to pursue.
